The Easiest Keto Pad Thai Ever
Haven't wanted to mess with making Keto Pad Thai because there are too many ingredients? Here is our Keto Pad Thai recipe that calls only for the essentials. This recipe is the closest we have gotten to anything from a restaurant. It's super quick and easy too, you can whip this up in about 15 minutes!

1/4 c creamy keto peanut butter

3 TBSP fish sauce

3 TBSP oyster sauce

3 TBSP soy sauce

5 TBSP keto brown sugar erythritol or other sugar replacement

2 TBSP rice vinegar

1-2 packages of konjac noodles or other keto noodles

1/2 lb cubed and cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu

1/2 roughly chopped peanuts

2 limes

1 bunch of cilantro

3-4 eggs, scrambled (tip: add cream to mix before cooking)

Optional delicious additions: handful of bean sprouts and thinly sliced scallions
