Want Easy Keto Meals, But Hate Meal Prepping?

We all want to eat our cake and keep keto too. Truth is, keeping keto can be kind of a pain. Certain staples have been eliminated or replaced in the keto diet, and sometimes our appetite and dietary needs argue. Too often, we crave the easy, default dishes we had as kids, like sandwiches, pasta, tacos for lunch, muffins, toast, and crepes for breakfast. Thankfully, Quantum Fixes mixes can make quick keto versions of all of these!

Here are some delicious ways to make those easy staples with our keto bread, keto tortillas, and keto pasta. All of our mixes can be prepared and frozen to then enjoy at the perfect time.

Pan sear our keto bread with butter in a sauté pan for a delectable hot sandwich. Butter both sides of the bread, sauté on each side for about 3-4 minutes over medium high heat. After flipping once, add cheese to each side, cover with lid to hasten cheese to melt. Add meats and condiments, and enjoy open faced or sandwiched together.

Prepare our entire package of pasta; have one serving for dinner, and divide remaining pasta into 2 or 3 containers. Defrost one for an easy lunch the next day. It may not look like a lot of mix, or that it will make much pasta, but our keto pasta goes a long way because of its high fiber. Most people get 4 servings out of one package of Quantum Fixes keto pasta mix. Add a cheesy sauce for an even heartier dish.

Our keto tacos are probably the easiest of them all. Our frozen tortillas can defrost in the microwave in about a minute. After freshly made, store in a zip top bag in the freezer until you're ready to add all your toppings and treat yourself to some tacos.
